Conservation Commission Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Anthony Costello; Nancy Rocheleau; Ken Strom; Leonard Anderson; Michael Scott;
Members Absent: Matthew Kennedy; Robert Lowell
Staff Present: Pamela Harding; Cynthia Smith
Others: Glenn Krevosky - EBT Environmental Consultants
The meeting began at 7:00 p.m.
NOI 105 Mill St. - P. Harding spoke with DCR regarding the points made in a letter from Glenn Krevosky. DCR agrees with the recommendations and had no other issues. The Board members also all agreed with the points in Mr. Krevosky's letter. L. Anderson moved to close the hearing and M. Scott seconded. The vote was unanimous with A. Costello abstaining. M. Scott moved to issue a standard OOC with 3 special conditions as stated in the October 2, 2006 letter from Glenn Krevosky. L. Anderson seconded and the vote was unanimous with A. Costello abstaining.
Minutes
L. Anderson moved to accept the minutes of September 6, 2006. K. Strom seconded and the vote was unanimous with A. Costello abstaining.
L. Anderson moved to close the meeting at 7:30 p.m. and K. Strom seconded.
The next meeting is scheduled for November 8, 2006
